Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within one business day of receipt.

All orders are shipped from Munich, Germany.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping method: Standard shipping via DHL.

Costs: Free international shipping.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are charged directly by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the purchase price.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow your package's progress.

Returns & Warranty

Returns: 30-day return policy. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
