1. Scope

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it has been submitted.
A purchase contract is only concluded when we explicitly confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Euros and include the applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are added to the product prices and will be clearly stated during the order process.
5. Payment
Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
The delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods, the warranty period may be limited to one year, unless there is fraud or gross negligence.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intentional acts or gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Storage of Contract Text
The contract text is not stored by us. You may print the order data directly after submission.
12. Contract Language
The language available for concluding the contract is exclusively German.
13. Correction of Input Errors
Before submitting your order, you can correct your entries using standard keyboard and mouse functions.

15. Right of Withdrawal & Sample Withdrawal Form
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

16. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
