1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession.

3. Contract Conclusion and Correction of Input Errors
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order, using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. This acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by separate confirmation email or dispatch the goods.
4. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
Contracts may be concluded in German or English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details together with these Terms and Conditions in text form by email. You can access and save these Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated at the time of your order apply. These are total prices in Euros and include the applicable VAT.
Standard delivery is free of charge for all orders, shipped internationally.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Credit or Debit Card
Please enter your card details during the checkout process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence on whether these options are offered; any individually offered payment terms concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information is available in your PayPal account.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc. ("Apple"), you must be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function enabled, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd. ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function enabled, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.
Shop Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Shopify International Limited ("Shop Pay"), you must be registered with Shop Pay, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.
Wero
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider EPI Company SE, Rue de Ligne 13, 1000 Brussels, Belgium ("Wero"), you must be registered for Wero with your bank, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.
MobilePay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider MobilePay ApS, Ryesgade 3F, 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark ("MobilePay"), you must have the MobilePay app installed and linked to your bank account or card, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we may offer various payment options (e.g. invoice or instalment purchase). Payment is made to Klarna. Further information and Klarna's terms of use are provided during the ordering process.
iDEAL, Bancontact and eps transfer
After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. To pay the invoice amount using one of these methods, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
7. Delivery Terms and Delivery Times
We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We deliver by shipping only. Collection in person is not possible.
Orders are dispatched within one business day of receipt.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are charged directly by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the purchase price.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In addition, YBRATO provides a voluntary 5-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all moving parts and fastenings under normal use. Normal signs of wear such as scratches or finish wear are excluded.

10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intentional acts or gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 30 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

14. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected by this choice of law.
